Payment Policy: We are pleased to offer you the convenience of making payments with a wide range of credit/debit cards through our secure online booking website. You will be charged at the time of booking for the service(s) you selected. For any extra service(s) requested at the time of appointment, we will be able to send a payment link via email or mobile device. After completing your booking, a secure invoice will be sent directly to your Email or Mobile device. Rest assured, we accept most major cards for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy: You have the option to cancel your appointment at no charge if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. However, if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your appointment, the full cost may be incurred. You may need to contact us to reschedule services.
Pets policy: Additional service charges may be applicable for households with more than one pet. If you have more than one pet, please be aware that additional fees may apply.
Move-out Cleaning: Before our scheduled move-out cleaning appointment, please ensure that all furniture and personal belongings have been removed from the premises. This is crucial to allow us to effectively clean and sanitize every nook and cranny without any hindrances. Please note that any items left behind may lead to additional charges or the need to reschedule your appointment.
Move-In Cleaning: Before our scheduled move-in cleaning appointment, it is imperative to confirm access to the premises. We kindly request notifying the individual in possession of the key or access to the premises, so they are available to grant our cleaners access. Please be advised that additional service charges may be applicable for the removal of large items or cleaning of furniture. Furthermore, supplementary services can be accommodated upon request.
